National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers — membership
The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NADCL) is committed to advancing the mission of criminal defense lawyers throughout the U.S. in order to ensure justice and due process for individuals accused of crime or other misconduct. Founded in 1958, members include private criminal defense attorneys, public defenders, active U.S. military defense counsel, law professors, and judges.
Better Business Bureau | A+ Rating — accreditation
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a non-profit organization that focuses on advancing trust in the marketplace. The BBB collects and provides free business reviews on more than 4 millions businesses. It also serves in an intermediary capacity between consumers and businesses, working to resolve consumer disputes against businesses.
California Attorneys for Criminal Justice — membership
With over 2,000 members, the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ) is the country’s largest statewide organization of criminal defense lawyers and allied professionals. It was founded to defend the rights of the criminally accused and to advocate for criminal defense lawyers across California.
American Inns of Court — membership
The American Inns of Courts is an association of lawyers, judges, and other legal professionals whose goal is to advance the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and civility within the legal profession. Members are able to build and strengthen their professional relationships in an effort to foster professional and personal growth.
National Board of Legal Speciality Certification — accreditation
The National Board of Legal Speciality Certification ( NBLSC) is a non-profit organization that administers four national board certification programs for attorneys practicing civil law, criminal trial law, family trial law, and Social Security disability law. In order to become board-certified, an attorney must meet professional requirements established by the NBLSC board of directors and undergo a peer review process.
Super Lawyers — membership
Super Lawyers provides detailed profiles of attorneys throughout the United States who have exhibited excellence in their practice. Each attorney has undergone a thorough multi-phase selection process and has attained a high degree of peer recognition. Only the top 5% of U.S. attorneys are selected for the Super Lawyer’s list.
San Diego County Bar Association — membership
The San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) serves the county’s lawyers and the San Diego community as the representative of the legal profession. It’s goal is to serve both the public and the legal profession by enhancing the legal system and promoting justice, professional excellence, and a respect for the law.
